smartgourmet.net is published by Smart Gourmet, a brand of The Healthier Food Co., based in Beirut, Lebanon. For any question about your data, write to info@smartgourmet.net.

Very little. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no account and no online shop on this site. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or advertising tools. Its fonts, images and code are all served from smartgourmet.net itself, so no other company is contacted when you load a page.

Like every website, this one has to receive your request to show you a page. Our host, Vercel Inc., processes the technical details of that request, such as your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, your browser and the page you asked for, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Vercel Inc. keeps this data under its own privacy policy. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

Writing to info@smartgourmet.net or calling +961 71 695666 is your choice, and the site does not record either. When you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include in your message. Our mailbox is provided by Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which stores it on our behalf. We use your message only to reply to you, and we keep it only as long as needed to answer your enquiry.

Our Instagram link takes you to Instagram. Toters and NokNok, where our products can be ordered online, are separate services. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of the service you use applies, and any order you place is handled by that service, not by us.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. In practice this means the emails you have sent us. Write to info@smartgourmet.net and we will answer.

If what this site collects changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
